Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident about your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any Cryptonix training programme.

1. Refund eligibility

a) Full refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund of ₹299 if:

• You request cancellation in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar start time, AND
• The Zoom joining link has NOT been shared with you yet

b) No refund

You are NOT eligible for a refund once:

• The Zoom joining link has been delivered to your email and/or WhatsApp, OR
• The webinar has started, OR
• You did not attend the webinar despite the link being shared (no-show), OR
• Less than 24 hours remain before the webinar start time

This is because our training is a live, digital event with a fixed cost structure — once access is granted, the content and capacity have already been consumed.

c) Mandatory refund

You are entitled to a full refund (no questions asked) if:

• We cancel the webinar from our side and cannot offer a reschedule that works for you
• You were charged twice for the same enrollment due to a payment-gateway error

2. How to request a refund

1. Email us at rohanjadhav255@gmail.com from the same email address used during enrollment
2. Use subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Enrollment ID]"
3. Include your Name, registered Phone, Razorpay Payment ID, and reason for refund
4. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 9503030795 for faster acknowledgement

3. Refund processing

• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days
• The amount is credited back to the original payment method (UPI/card/netbanking) via Razorpay
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
• Razorpay refund transaction ID will be shared with you on email

4. Rescheduling instead of refund

If you cannot attend the scheduled webinar but want to keep your enrollment, you may request a free reschedule to the next available batch — provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original session. Reschedule is offered at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent ban from future Cryptonix programmes.
