These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cryptonix website (cryptonixs.com) and your participation in the Cryptonix online training programmes ("Services") provided by Rohan Umesh Jadhav (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol in our training. By enrolling you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Nature of services

• Cryptonix is strictly an educational platform.
• We do not provide investment advice, tips, calls, recommendations, portfolio management, broking, or any SEBI-regulated financial service.
• All content (live sessions, recordings, frameworks, materials) is meant for personal learning only.

3. Enrollment & payment

• The training fee is ₹299 (inclusive of applicable taxes), payable through our authorised payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.
• The Zoom joining link is shared on the registered email and/or WhatsApp number, typically 1 day before the scheduled webinar.

4. Intellectual property

All training content — including but not limited to videos, recordings, slides, strategies, frameworks, written material, and branding — is the exclusive property of Cryptonix / Rohan Umesh Jadhav. You may NOT:

• Record, screen-capture, or redistribute any session
• Share login links, recordings, or materials with non-enrolled persons
• Sell, license, or commercialise any content received from us

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may attract legal action.

5. Code of conduct

• Participants must behave respectfully during live sessions.
• Abuse, harassment, spam, or solicitation of any kind will lead to immediate removal without refund.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Trading and investing involve significant market risk and may result in partial or complete loss of capital. Cryptonix makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding outcomes, profitability, or returns from applying any concept taught. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Participants are solely responsible for any decisions taken based on the training.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptonix and Rohan Umesh Jadhav shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the training or any trading decisions you make. Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the fee actually paid (₹299).

8. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical failure, force majeure). In such cases, participants will either be rescheduled to the next session or refunded in full at our discretion.

9. Refund policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after a change implies acceptance.
